There's nothing quite like Fiesta Pizza.
People who have lived in Goodyear Heights for any amount of time know that. It is hands down, the best pizza, the best, most delicious, moist, tender, pressure-fried chicken and the biggest, fluffiest, tastiest jo-jos anywhere.
I'm not quite sure if it's the recipes, the equipment, or the people (or that magical combination of all those elements amalgamated) that make it special, but you can be sure that I never would be able to duplicate it anywhere else.
The large pizza is a scant 12". It's just tradition. You won't find it to be the least expensive pie, either. That's a good thing, because running specials and coupons is not necessary to keep business pouring in, year after year. -

THE Original Fiesta! Our families favorite Pizza in the AKRON area. Been coming here for 30 years. Love it!

First time to try this pizza. I cannot say one positive thing about it. We had high expectations but were extremely disappointed. The sausage was like dried out ground beef with no taste. Just a very unremarkable pizza on so many levels Will not go back. A neighboring pizza place Leonardo's is so much better

I lived in the Tallmadge area for 30 years and Fiesta Newton had always been the only pizza joint for me. The guy that ran the place back then (Terry) was the nicest man you could know. And man, did he work hard for his money!
The pizza was always consistent. I think Terry lived by the rule, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
And that is why the pizza was consistent for at least 30 years that I know of. And that is, I'm sure, what helped to grow the enormous Fiesta customer base over all those years that Terry was there.
So now my disappointment. It had been awhile since I had the opportunity to have Fiesta, so I was excited on a recent day that I would be in town and would be ordering a Fiesta pie.
First... What's the deal with the menu?. Holy...
Why so many things on the menu now?
You don't need to complicate the menu with a bunch of things that you don't need. That's what all of the other pizza places do. Their pizza isn't very good so they try to make up for it by offering a bunch of "from the freezer to the deep fryer" garbage to try to make up for their inadequate pizzas.
In the end, your employees will be spending so much time on the frozen food offerings that the pizzas and chicken will begin to suffer. I've already noticed a difference and it's not good. Even the traditional Fiesta pizza and chicken boxes have changed. Really?
I've always expected to pay a little more for your food because it seemed that I was getting a hefty hearty homemade traditional Fiesta pizza. But as of late I am finding myself turning to other places. If I can no longer get the quality of food I was used to at your place then I might as well go somewhere that offers the same sub par foods for less money.
Fiesta has always been a leader and doesn't need to follow the others by complicating the menu.
Stick with what you do best and go back to focusing on great pizza and chicken. That's what people really want.
The pizza is still good, mind you. Just not the same as it was for decades.
Why change it now?
